Darren Jones MP and his team are here to help with housing concerns, benefit problems, immigration and visa issues, difficulties accessing healthcare or any other urgent individual concern. MPs call this casework.
If you have a complaint about an organisation, please ensure you have submitted a complaint directly to said organisation, and allowed adequate time for a reply, before contacting Darren.
To ask for assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org (or complete the below contact form), send a letter to:
Darren Jones MP,
House of Commons,
or call 0117 959 6545 between 8.45 am – 2.15 pm, Monday – Friday, to speak to a team member.
If you choose to call Darren’s office, his team will need to seek your written consent via email or post after the call. Email/our contact form is therefore the quickest way to open a case file with Darren.
Your email/letter will need to include:
– Your full name
– Your phone number and email address (where applicable)
– Your address and postcode
– A full description of your situation
It is helpful if you include any case numbers which apply to your situation, for example, your Home Office reference number, your Homechoice banding or for benefit enquiries, your national insurance number. This information will help to speed-up enquiries about your situation.
Please also send Darren any images or copies of letters which may be of use.
If you are contacting Darren on someone else’s behalf, unless they are aged under 18 and in your care or you have power of attorney for someone aged over 18, Darren’s team will need to seek their direct written consent.

A useful guide about what MPs can do for their constituents is available here.
Darren holds constituent surgeries twice a month across Bristol North West. If you would like to book a private surgery appointment, please follow the above steps so Darren’s team can open a case file for you.
Please note, surgery appointments are in high demand, and are reserved for personal casework, rather than policy-related discussions. It is likely Darren’s team can progress your case more swiftly without the need for a surgery appointment. Surgery appointments are for constituents of Bristol North West only.
